Adults - Mix 10 g (1 tablespoon) with 250 mL of water or juice and stir until dissolved. Wait until the fizzing has finished and then consume within 2 hours. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.

The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 200 mg of sodium.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
